Being centrally located, the eateries and retail shops of downtown Mount Maunganui and tourist attractions such as Mauao itself, leisure island, the Mount boardwalk and the Hot Pools are all also only a 10 minute stroll away. The living area of the apartment is spacious and offers island views down the Eastern Coastline of Mount Maunganui. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area create a social atmosphere, perfect for entertaining or for watching those morning sunrises while you contemplate the day ahead.

The master wing, privately tucked away from the rest of the apartment, is generously sized. The bed is a superking, complete with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Fitted window shutters even allow the luxury of stargazing from the comfort of your bed.

Guest Access:
The apartment, with its own private gated entry, is located on the top floor of the building and comes with two secure basement carparks and an outdoor shower.

NOTE : There is a large sliding window in the lounge area and a potential hazard for toddlers so caution must be taken.
Maximum number of guests staying is 4 this is not to be exceeded unless by prior approval. Leave the premises in a clean and tidy state. Whilst we appreciate you are on holiday please respect the other residents and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and no parties. Do not use the property for unlawful purposes. Check in time is 3pm or by prior arrangement Check out time is 10am or by prior arrangement. An extra surcharge applies if failure to comply
