Seagulls is located on a quiet street, all facilities extremely clean and tidy, large comfortable common area, well equipped common kitchen and a back patio for nice days. The new keyless entry system did not work with my older cellphone but we worked that out. It is a long but doable walk to the beaches, the hot pools and Mt. Manganui Park. We would stay again.

Was a basic room for a Guest house Seemed more like a backpackers No sure value for money Was very clean and tidy Room very small Easy to access and not issue of noise

Last minute booking and was amazing. Everything I needed. Chose own bathroom which was super. Close to main town and transport routes. Very quiet and comfortable

Clean and convenient

This was conveniently located for spending time in Tauranga. We had a car to move around. The rooms with two twin beds was rather small for two people to move around in. It was clean and the common rooms were large. The kitchen was large and clean. The bathrooms were large and clean.

I love how they have the locks you can open with your phone, so I don't have to worry losing or forgetting carrying the keys. Amenities in the room were minimal, and I didn't see anyone working for the place while staying, not even at the reception, but everything was pretty self-explanatory and we had no issues staying.

Wonderful place, big and spacious kitchen, lovely lounge and cosy bedroom. All you need to rest after fun and adventures day. I love the keyless option to enter the building and the room.
