Very quiet and private little oasis with your own private back yard with a BBQ. Your space is yours and your privacy is important to us. We take pride in our property and your place is spotless and lovely and clean. (Check out what our guests have said about their stay!)

Enjoy a sleep in with block out curtains in the bedroom.

Lovely stroll to the beach through the reserve in just 8 mins away and a 1.5km walk to the Palm Beach shopping center, library and Fashion Island. Several lovely restaurants are close by and the Papamoa Tavern hosts many artists for a fun night.

Lovely location backing onto the reserve. Very peaceful and quiet. Only negative for us was that we were unable to leave the door open for our dog to enjoy snuffling around outside as there is no fencing at all.

Hidden gem

We have stayed in higher value properties promising the earth that haven't delivered however this property does deliver. With a fully equipped kitchen and a large bbq at our disposal we were able to cook homestyle meals with ease. The property backs onto a reserve and is away from the main house allowing an atmosphere of privacy and seclusion. Other than a few ants (which we deal with occasionally at home and was not an issue for us) this property was well suited to our needs, very clean and more than adequately equipped. We would highly recommend this property and would certainly stay again. All dealings with our host were a pleasure, although we were unable to meet them in person all communication was conducted pleasantly and efficiently.
