The Hotel is ok. Our shower was the best part of our room. To be honest, the hotel is great for one major reason … The location and convenience to Tabitha’s downtown town life without being too close. Plus the bakery around the corner was the perfect start to our afternoon walks. We won’t stay there again … it’s a one time kind of stay. If it wasn’t for the all you can eat breakfast buffet it would be a total waste … just get there first thing before it gets congested with hungry, rude patrons. Luis and his team showed consistent, high level customer service.

The hotel is lovely - there is a bit of a hill to climb down to Tavira main streets and a bigger hill on the way back but it is a short walk. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The only downside is the shower. The power is not great but all else was perfect.

Fabulous hotel, comfortable beds, very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even though we've stayed in Maria Nova before we make a point of making a return trip simply because we are never disappointed. Its near (walking distance) shops, restaurants, bars cafe's and boat to the beach. Breakfast is good too.

Spacious room with big window and beautiful view from the balcony. Nice outdoor pool area, and indoor pool with Turkish bath, sauna and gym. The room was always kept clean, but the balcony floor, table and chairs were dusty. We took the garage parking for 5euro per day. Nice breakfast with live piano. Loved our stay in this hotel.
