This Oceanfront Getaway is located in an exclusive Pacific Coast Condo with great views of the ocean, beach and vast pool area. Appreciate the beautiful landscaping while relaxing and enjoying in the multiple swimming pools and jacuzzis; sunbathe or read in any of the comfortable lounge chairs or sitting areas; have a delicious meal or sip your favorite drink at the dinning tables on the Amate Island.

Escape the City hustle and bustle and have a relaxing vacation and getaway at this Monterrico 3rd level Villa. This Villa is equipped with everything you will need to have a fun and memorable vacation.

It is the perfect place to unwind and relax and enjoy the ocean air and sounds of the waves crashing while admiring views to the swimming pool area, landscaping and ocean.

This two-story Villa is a great place to share quality time with family and friends.

You can order your favorite drink or have a delicious meal at the privately owned convenience restaurant located at the center of the property which serves up local cuisine and drinks every day of the week. Have fun playing a volleyball match with your family or friends. The kids have a ball sliding from the waterslides and building sand castles on the unique black volcanic beach. Delight in admiring the beautiful Monterrico Sunrise and Sunset on the canopy beds or on the sandy beach.

And lastly, if you decide to stay in, you can watch your favorite movies, shows or games on the cable TV or DVD players; one TV in the master suite and the other in the family room. You can also have fun playing board games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals. If you don’t fancy cooking, you can always order in from the convenient restaurant which delivers right to your doorstep.

You will have the whole Villa to yourself. Complete access to everything Villas Los Cabos has to offer: 24 gated security, swimming pools and jacuzzis, lounge areas, dinning areas, direct access to the beach (only 50 meters away) and laundromats (charges apply, ask for the coins at front gate).

The Condominium has strict rules that must be abided by during your stay. I will send all rules and regulations via email. I will need to send a form with all the names of the guests and identification or passport numbers of all of the adults in the party. A picture ID of the person in charge is also a requirement.

We enjoyed the pool area and the outdoor space, very nice . However the condo itself needs some maintenance: the water pressure in the master bathroom was low and could not keep a consistent temperature in the shower. The balcony sliding door would not latch shut and kitchen cabinet handles were broken…… a little TLC would go a long way!

Beautiful setting, very clean and kept. the entire community was quiet (but off season), beautiful pools, gardens and setting. Some utensils are older but functional and clean. The host contact us in a timely and accurate fashion. Local lady in charge new and was available within minutes. Overall 9/10 only because of the kitchen utensils... but a minimal, very minimal issue. marvelous stay.

Pure relaxation and enjoyment

Man we really enjoyed the tranquility of this home. We had everything we needed. It was clean safe and comfortable. The views were amazing, the pools were relaxing and the grounds were perfect. We shall come again.

Beautiful Villa!!! Loved it!!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely Villa. Communication with Lisa was quick, easy and efficient. This Villa is very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The pictures don’t do this place justice. We loved waking up to the sound of the ocean waves and the pools are amazing. We all had a fantastic time!!! Can’t wait to return!!!
