Magical property. My daughter and I stayed a weekend in April. The cabin was super comfy and charming. I was worried about the kitchen setup but the appliances provided were more than enough (2 burner induction stove microwave toaster oven.) The bathroom is attached to the main house with private entrance. It felt very private and comfortable. We loved walking the trails.Hosts were incredibly kind and generous with a little gift.
Tracey and Hernan are top notch people, and they offered us a lovely place to relax. An 80 acre farm where you can walk through well maintained trails to see their lovely horses and nature. The hosts are there if you need anything, always helpful, and cordial. The cabin its cozy and beautiful! It has an amazing and secluded deck area to relax, and play with their friendly cats. Its a beautiful well maintained place, and we loved there. Thank you Tracey and Hernan for your hospitality and your nice and thoughtful gifts. Silvia, and Peter St. Pierre
Honestly a magical weekend. Rustic and relaxed, a perfect place to unplug. The hosts are lovely and found the perfect balance of being around if we needed something and leaving us to our own time and space. Looking forward to go back in another season to experience the beauty of this place through a different lens.
The stay was amazing, we were initially apprehensive about the lack of washroom in the cabin but the guest bathroom was fantastic and so close-by to the cabin. The bed was extremely comfortable and the fire made the cabin nice and warm despite the subzero temperatures outside. The property has has spectacular views we only wish we could've stayed longer.
We loved our stay at this cottage. The property was beyond beautiful, with many trails to discover. We hiked to Foley Mountain with breath tracking views, as well as a canoe ride just down the street, which Hermann provides you the canoe for a rental fee.
Nothing bad to say, other than a private washroom would be preferred as we felt we had to be quiet while in there, and that the shower wasn't geared towards tall people, having showers as its a handheld shower hose with no curtain.
Hosts were beyond friendly and we would gladly go back in the future.
My partner and I spent a lovely weekend at the beginning of Spring at this lo ely restreat in the woods just outside of Westport. The hosts of Le Temps Perdu were wonderful and gave us a wonderful experience to remember for a lifetime. We will definately be back. JT&AB
