A special hotel with style and design is in an excellent location. The rooms are not big but the main thing of the hotel is the lobby, the restaurant and the atmosphere.

This is my second stay at Rooms Hotel, Tbilisi. I visit Georgia often and this brand can do no wrong, I love the place and will definitely return. All the staff were exceptional from the bell boys to reception. Restaurant team super helpful too. Room was great, nice amenities, thoughtful mini bar selection and the decor is cool with great music and art everywhere. Great central location. I will be back as soon as I can! I’ve also stayed at Rooms Kazbegi and looking forward to trying their other hotels.

Mooi design maar niet echt praktisch voor business

Mooi hotel met zeer goeie service. Lekker eten en fijn uitgebreid ontbijt . Mooi design maar dit design vond ik niet zo praktisch in gebruik. De lichtknoppen duren een eeuwigheid eer je alle lichten uit hebt. En je moet ze ook echt allemaal aan steken want het is erg donker in de kamer, zowel overdag als ‘s avonds . Vooral in de badkamer is meer licht welkom. Je kan je er nauwelijks opmaken met het weinige beschikbare licht. Om die reden zal ik volgende keer niet meer terugkomen .

Very bad experience

I picked this hotel only because I had a very good experience in rooms hotel Kazbegi. But service of rooms hotel in Tbilisi was very bad. 1. I asked to send 2 towels and 2 bottle of water to my room. But this never served. (22nd, Dec, around 5:30pm) 2. When I had dinner at the 1st floor restaurant, the waiter was unfriendly in general (except the restaurant front lady manager). Even the staff who checked out my bill, he left my receipt without looking at my table. So I received the receipt on the floor. Do I have to take this..? 3. This one is I'm not sure that if the hotel was fully booked or staff's preference. But I got the most far room from the elevator. At first, I thought this was okay but after experience above service, now I kinda think this might be racism from the staff. The front staff was also not friendly at all. I met wonderful people and good experience in Tbilisi. But only thing that I regret is stayed at the rooms hotel.
