The staff is always lovely, but the hotel has worsened over the last year or two. Much of the Carpets and accoutrement have deteriorated. The breakfast has certainly been dramatically downgraded and is a much lower quality. I had several problems with the plumbing in my room that took days to Fix, and it was quite unsettling. Of course, the staff did their best, but they seem to be very restricted by their rules and can’t just offer you a new room without spending a day or two trying to fix the problem, which is not a solution when you need something addressed immediately.

Very nice urban hotel

Very comfortable room, in a up and coming part of the city. The design of the hotel is excellent, with a nice bar in the lobby. We had a large room with a very nice bed and a good view. The breakfast was a little overpriced, but it was very good quality.

Tbilisi is a charming city that beautifully blends history with modern vibes. Its cobblestone streets and old architecture tell timeless stories, and the people are incredibly warm and welcoming. The city is full of scenic spots perfect for walking and photos — from Narikala Fortress to the Peace Bridge and the riverside views. Prices are reasonable, the Georgian food is absolutely delicious, and the fresh air makes every walk enjoyable. Don’t miss the famous sulfur baths — a unique and relaxing experience. Tbilisi truly leaves a mark on your heart and makes you want to come back.

It's a nice hotel but kind of overpriced and doesn't offer anything unique besides the hip design. The staff was pleasant but not very helpful - only fulfilled the basic necessary functions like checking in and nothing more
