Old, tired, outdated, simple, clean, not comfortab

The room was adequate. It was clean. It was old and outdated. The bathroom seemed to be updated. The shower water was only hot for a short time. Only place to sit was a hard small chair, 2 per room. No freezer space in very small fridge. The bed was sagging on both sides and my husband almost rolled off

Great location and good value

I didnt realuse it was basically a studio apartment, so nowhere to sit, just a bed. Bit we managed ok. Very clean and great location.

Really lovely motel. May not be the largest we have been in but definitely worth a visit. Really clean facilities. Large and comfortable bed. Quiet so no disturbance at night. Bathroom shower was great and provided toiletries. Good towels. Easy parking outside room. Folder with local menus in. Helpful reception staff.

Good location

The room was satisfactory - clean and large enough if a little low budget in style. Tea,coffee and milk were provided . There is parking right outside the room. The location is very good just a few minutes stroll to the beautiful lake and 10 minutes to the town centre

Very good accomodation. Clean and convineint. We enjoyed having a kitchen to cook with the basics provided and an opportunity to refresh our clothes via the washer dryer. Very easy to walk around the anau from here. The couple who run the motel were friendly and went out of their way to help us on a rainy day. Will come again and recommend.

The room was nicely appointed but the bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Everything else was excellent including the in room coffee. The motel was convenient to all the town Centre amenities.

Although the room was a bit dated, it was very clean and well maintained and had perfect amenities for a short or longer stay. The hosts were great and we had a nice stay. For the location, price and experience, we cannot fault it. Highly recommended.

Good motel in Te Anau with all basic comforts

Stayed at this property with family for 1 night on our way to Milford Sound. It is a good motel with all basic facilities and amenities. There is a small kitchenette as well which was very helpful. Overall, a nice experience. Just one point: The heating in the room was through one air-con/heater only. This wasn't sufficient for the Autumn cold and the size of the room. There was no bed heating either. Hence, it was a bit cold in there!
