Cozy apartment in quiet complex seafront 5 minutes from the beach

2-sunny, spacious, bright and newly renovated rooms. The master bedroom has a double bed of 1m80. Coquette second bedroom has 2 beds of 90 cm and a skylight to watch the sky. The Coast apartment bathroom (equipped with towels and hair dryer), a kitchenette (with washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, ketle, ..), a living room and a very comfortable and warm terrace with magnificent sea views ( with table, chairs and 2 armchairs for sunbathing) facing south where you can enjoy magnificent evenings rest and relaxation.

The apartment belongs to the Complex Las Coronas, one of the best preserved in Costa Teguise, and with a typical Canarian style. It consists of 2 magnificent pools, lush gardens and entertainment areas for children (playground, ...) and adults (tennis court, pool bar where take some cocktail at the poolside bar. The complex is private parking available for guests free of charge.

The resort is located in the center of Costa Teguise, in an area with great variety of restaurants, bars, shops, ...
In addition, the complex has a direct access (without crossing streets) to the Promenade, a pedestrian walking path along the coast 6 kilometers. The most famous nearby beaches are Playa Bastian (a 5 minute walk) and Playa Jablillo (8 minutes). The famous Plaza del Pueblo Marinero and the shopping area are just 10 minutes.

Costa Teguise is an ideal place to unwind and relax or enjoy water sports, hiking, taking long bike rides or plan a tour around our magnificent volcanic island, which offers wonderful places to explore destination.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances. L'appartement est trÚs bien équipé et d'une grande propreté. La piscine est magnifique. Le petit bar qui la borde est convivial, on peut aussi y manger, ce qui est vraiment pratique. De nombreux restaurants se trouvent à proximité, et un magasin juste en face. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur acceuil chaleureux et leur excellente communication. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et recommandons vivement ce logement.

Super location

Avant mĂȘme de nous envoler pour Lanzarote, Gaston nous a contactĂ©s pour planifier l'arrivĂ©e. Nous n'avions pas encore nos bagages qu'il nous avait envoyĂ© le plan d'accĂšs. Rassurant. Il nous a accueillis avec le sourire et beaucoup d'indications sur quoi faire pendant le sĂ©jour. L'appartement est bien placĂ©. La situation de la ville est intĂ©ressante Ă  l'echelle de l'Ăźle pour y rayonner et Costa Costa Teguise a tout ce qu'il faut pour une famille de 4 vacanciers. On y est proche de tout sans subir les nuisances sonores des quartiers trĂšs animĂ©s, la rĂ©sidence est calme et propre. Belle piscine. L'appartement est agrĂ©able avec son balcon terrasse pour les repas, belle salle de bain, chambre climatisĂ©e et tout le nĂ©cessaire pour la cuisine du quotidien. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour !

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer gepflegten, kleinen Anlage mit Pool und Poolbar. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man vom PartylĂ€rm oder der morgendlichen Hotelanlieferung nicht viel. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, und ist sauber und gepflegt. Ein kleiner Grill wĂ€re noch ein Traum, aber man kann ja nicht alles haben ;)Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, haben sich Zeit genommen, alles zu zeigen, und sogar ein paar Tipps zu StrĂ€nden und Lokalen in der Umgebung gegeben. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und angenehm :)Es ist mittlerweile die dritte Ferienwohnung, die wir auf Lanzarote hatten, und diesmal haben wir uns direkt sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt! Wir kommen wieder :)

Hi we stayed here it was nice but there is abut apart from the apartment being nice for where the location is its good for the money great restaurants right out side your door private gate great for security .it does have everything you need 2 bedroom plus settie in livingroom aswel for a bed could sleep six witch is great lovely pool tennis courts on site private great.but we didn't sleet well could do with better mattresses other that great would definitelygo back..

Absolut zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist noch besser als beschrieben: obwohl im Partyzelt des Hotels nebenan, wenige Meter vom Schlafzimmerfenster entfernt, die Hölle los war, war im Schlafzimmer bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts davon zu hören, da die Scheiben jede Art von LĂ€rm geschluckt haben. Da das Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage besitzt, war ruhiger und angenehmer Nachtschlaf garantiert. FĂŒr uns war alles, was wir brauchten in der Wohnung vorhanden, sogar drei verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen (Herdkanne, klassische Maschine und Kapselmaschine) zur Auswahl. Den großen Balkon mit Esstisch, StĂŒhlen und zwei Sonnenliegen haben wir sehr genossen. Es ist jedoch anzumerken, dass die Wohnung direkt unter dem Außenbereich eines Speiselokals liegt und in Sicht- und Hörweite ist u.a. eine Sportsbar mit tageweisem Unterhaltungsprogramm ab ca. 18:30 Uhr. Die ersten beiden Tage empfand ich das als etwas lĂ€stig, danach habe ich es jedoch nur noch als Hintergrundrauschen wahrgenommen. Da die Wohnung ganz am Anfang der Anlage liegt, ist der Weg zum Parkplatz sehr kurz, was gerade beim Schleppen von GepĂ€ck oder EinkĂ€ufen sehr angenehm ist. Insgesamt haben mein Mann und ich uns dort sehr wohl und sicher gefĂŒhlt und ich möchte mich hiermit nochmals bedanken, dass wir die Wohnung am Abreisetag bis nachmittags behalten durften, da unser Flug erst in den Abendstunden ging.

We stayed here over Christmas the booking was initially just me and hubby but we were joined by my sister and her hubby. The apartment was lovely with everything you need for a comfortable stay, Gaston was great and really helpful. We were keen to book again for Christmas 24 but unfortunately someone beat us to it! Mick made the best Sangria at the pool bar!! Area was lovely too with plenty of restaurants and shops near by and a pleasant walk in to the Centre either along the coast path or via the road. Ideal to a relaxing beach holiday a good for exploring the island if you want to hire a car

Fabulous week in Costa Teguise

Excellent property with lovely quiet pool. Very well equipped with many extras. Gaston met us at property, accommodating an early check-in which was great. Several restaurants and bars in close proximity and centre is only a 17 minute stroll away. Just returned from a wonderful 4 week stay at Gastón & Gema’s lovely apartment. The apartment was very clean, spacious and extremely well equipped with everything required for a self catering holiday. The large balcony was great for sunbathing & eating al fresco. The complex had a great pool and kid’s pool, plenty of sun beds & excellent pool bar. Lots of nice restaurants close by. We will definitely return.

This apartment was great for us. It was in a slightly more quiet area, which suited us fine. We had a very positive experience with renting this property. Garcon & Gema were great! The items in the fridge on arrival were a nice touch, and the apartment was well stocked and clean. The pool on the complex was great also and you have everything you need on your doorstep from dining to a supermarket. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fantastic hosts

This little gem is on Las Coronas complex, excellent for us, enough bars and restaurants just outside the complex and just a short stroll to many more and beaches. Gaston and Gema are a lovely couple who have put a great deal of thought into providing a beautiful place to stay. We found the TV had only news channels on arrival, asked Gaston if that was all or was I just not finding them, within a couple of hours he messaged us to say he was going to upgrade and next morning he fitted a brand new system giving us 68 English channels as well as similar in many languages, he definitely likes his guests to have the best holiday he can provide. A few days later there was a problem with the TV, Gaston came around and spent an hour trying to sort it in the end taking it back to the shop and fitting the TV while we were out enjoying ourselves. We will most definitely be returning to stay again very soon.

This is a great apartment in a quiet location but close enough to amenities. There are a few restaurants and supermarket just across the road and the main bars and rstaurants are within walking distance. Owners are great, all communications are good and easy and they live locally so if you did need them. All round a great break

Es hat alles gepasst, wir haben es gleich gefunden, konnten das Auto auf dem reservierten Parkplatz parken, das Appartement war makellos sauber und gut in Schuss. Ein bisschen schade - bei einer Belegung mit 2 Erwachsenen - war, dass eines ein Kinderzimmer mit Oberlicht ist, ohne Fenster. Das Fenster des großen Schlafzimmers fĂŒhrt auf die RĂŒckseite eines Hotels. DafĂŒr gibt es von der Terrasse einen herrlichen Blick auf im Wind tanzende Palmen vor dem Meer. Leider war der grosse Pool nicht gefĂŒllt, wir mussten uns mit dem Kleinen begnĂŒgen, doch das war bei dem Wind auch perfekt. Es gab eine kleine Poolbar, die bis 18 h offen hatte, gute Restaurants genau gegenĂŒber an der Straße oder entlang der Strandpromenade. Wir können es also empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
