Stunning apartments in Costa Teguise. Located close to the beach, you can also enjoy the pool of the complex where you can find sunbeds and a nice and ample area where you can fully relax. They are all equipped with a double bed bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, fridge, kettle, electric coffee maker, induction kitchen, amongst other amenities, including the washing machine. The apartment also has a furnished terrace, which has an extensive size. The living room is also fully equipped, and there you can find a TV with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and is connected to the dining room and kitchen. The bathroom has all the essentials, including a hairdryer... Costa Teguise is located on the eastern side of Lanzarote, close to the capital and only 10 to 15 minutes by car from the airport. It offers all types of accommodations and activities. Costa Teguise is one of the most attractive tourist areas on Lanzarote thanks to its array of lodgings, beaches, services and the tranquillity one breathes around it. This is definitely one of the preferred destinations for families visiting the island.

On the surface the property looks lovely until you actually stay in it, There were a number of issues that we raised with the host that were never resolved The main issue being the outside furniture being broken, so we couldn’t sit outside at all during our stay, both chairs were cracked on the seat and the table had snapped, the two seater was ok but didn’t want to chance it. There was no parasol on the terrace so nowhere to escape the sun One of the two sunbeds was also broken so could only use it flat.The hanging space in the bedroom was not adequate, only 6 hangers per room and nowhere to hang long dresses. The linen or towels were never changed and we were there for 13nights Contact from the host is via WhatsApp and it’s from a bot/AI as you get a response immediately always saying the right thing but nothing and I mean nothing is ever addressed. Which is extremely frustrating, they don’t reply to emails or messages sent via Vrbo I have requested a complaints form and compensation for not being able to use the facilities fully and I’m still waiting over 7 days later Would not recommend

Nice quiet area

The property is in a nice quiet complex.In the garden area there are sun beds and chairs, none of these gave cushions.The bedrooms have one double bed and 2 single beds.Kitchen is reasonably equipped, please note kettle and toaster are above microwave, push the cupboard door to open.There are no instructions for TV and on-screen instructions were in Spanish. It would be nice to have some instructions on use.The overall apartment is starting to look a bit tired but is fine if you are only going for a few weeks.It is a 20 minute steady walk by the promenade to Costa Teguise plaza. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a five minute walk.There is no reception area to store your luggage.We would return again.

Perfect week stay

The place is in a great location, a main road nearby with options for food and drinks and a supermarket to top up on necessities. 20 min walk into the main area for some great food and drink too. The property itself had everything you need for making food there if needed. The sun beds by the pool aren’t the comfiest and the majority are cracked so make sure you pack a comfy towel to lay on. No issues in getting a sunbed though, plenty available throughout the day.

Great place . Everything you need is there . Quite location . Bars and restaurants 5 min walk . Great stay had a nice relaxing holiday . Will be returning to this property when next in Lanzarote. 10 / 10 👍

Lovely flat and clean and well maintained (unheated) pool, any issue with accommodation resolved by owners, although TV unable to link to Prime or Netflix (not problem for us). Good area, with flat 15 minute walk to main area. Only had one set of keys provided, eventually got second set. Would be happy to stay here again
