The 50 m² holiday apartment in Teisendorf accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 living room. There is 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. High-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, TV, washing machine, underfloor heating, and satellite TV are provided. Families will find a baby cot, high chair, and step-free access.



Outside, you can enjoy a shared, uncovered terrace with comfortable seating and a communal garden—perfect for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing evenings in the fresh air.



A shared parking space is available on the property. Pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm.



As a family with two young children, we know how valuable a relaxing and uncomplicated getaway is—families with children are especially welcome. We value a pleasant and considerate atmosphere so all guests feel comfortable. Since we live on site, our children are often in and around the house and garden, creating a lively, family-friendly environment.



The apartment is located between the Berchtesgaden and Chiemgau Alps at the foot of Teisenberg. Within 1–2 km you’ll find several supermarkets, an organic shop, and bakeries. The town center offers restaurants and a traditional Bavarian brewery inn. The area is ideal for hiking and trips to Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall, Lake Chiemsee, or Lake Waginger. The cycle path passes right by the house. Bicycle storage, including a garage space, is available. Bed linen and towels are included. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
