Great location, house looks nice but has problems

The house us beautiful, comfortable, great for a large family, the location cannot be better. Lovely neighborhood, everything is walkinf distance, lots of cafes and restaurants and night life. But we had several issues that made the stay difficult. Bedroom and kitchen flooded during a rain due to a leak in the ceiling.l and the property manager only brought more towels without cleaning or making repairs. The Dryer doesn't work so we ended up with wet clothes. The toilet was semi clogged. And the kitchen didn't have a useable knife so we can only use it for very simple things like making a sandwich. It's a full kitchen but not useable for cooking.
