Despite its laid-back vibe, this 2-bedroom duplex penthouse is surrounded by the busy streets of Florentin and the famous Neve Tzedek. The iconic graffiti streets around Florentin, as well as the other top-tier restaurants in Neve Tzedek, are found just within reach.

Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Florentin and a step away from Neve Tzedek (1 minute walk!). You can head straight to the new Park Hamesila (green corridor) for a stroll that will take you to the promenade and beach, or you can explore the art galleries and boutiques located in Shabazi street. In Florentin, you will find some of the best new cafes and spots in town, and you can discover real pieces of street art.
