3rd time staying here with our poodle. Always return as big room with area to eat with table and chairs, close by grocery store and fast food, fridge, microwave, always well cleaned and no rug which helps with our pet allergy.

We were greeted by the owner who was most pleasant and helpful. The room felt very clean. The little garden and hanging pots were attractive and well cared for. Great restaurants were within walking distance.

VERY nice motel, it is exceptionally well maintained and updated. We walked into downtown easily in under 10 minutes, a McDonalds and Timmiies within 5 minute or less walks. Absolutely will stay here again. Owner is on site and wonderful to deal with

It is an older motel near downtown Smithers. Our unit was clean and everything was as advertised. The beds were firm which was okay for my daughter (30+ yrs old) but a bit too hard for me (60+ yrs old). There is a communal kitchen for the units to use. The employees were excellent, both front desk and cleaning staff. They were friendly and helpful. They also provided us with good options for restaurants and shops.

For a comfortable stay, I can definitely recommend the Fireweed Motel. You'll find friendly staff ,free parking, impeccably clean, and quiet rooms. Its prime location, close to a major grocery store and various fast-food options, is an added bonus.
