MY GARAGE FITS A REGULAR SIZE SUV, EG PORSCHE CAYENNE, AUDI Q SERIES ETC. FREE PUBLIC PARKING ACROSS THE STREET- I CAN ACCOMMODATE 3 VEHICLES, 2 WITH FREE PASSES FOR THE LOT DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET AND 1 IN MY PRIVATE, HEATED, INTERNAL ACCESS GARAGE.
GREAT MOUNTAIN VIEWS FROM THE DECK, AN EASY 7MIN WALK ALONG THE SCENIC RIVER TRAIL TO THE GONDOLA OR CENTER OF TOWN. THE TOWN SHUTTLE BUS('THE GOOSE') STOPS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE BUILDING.

The property was clean and exactly as stated. Location was incredible to the mountain access & lifts, that is the huge perk of the condo. Easy 7-10 minute walk into the center of town. I will note for future individuals, the bedrooms and bathrooms are very very small with minimal/no counter space. Which with a few woman trying to get ready, is difficult. Overall, the location wins out and is the pure reason to stay here. Communication was superb with host and he even checked in with us to assure we wanted to come due to the ski patrol strike. Also - the driveway area is heated which was sooo nice to avoid ice.

Owner was very cooperative and responsive. Easy check in. Location was good with easy access to the shuttle route. Interior furnishings and flooring is dated but was clean. Lots of steps. Nice garage parking.

Great location!

Steps from chair 7 so perfect for skiing. Great communication with host. Having a garage was great. House clean with no issues. Definitely recommend if you want a place with easy access to the slopes. 10-15 min walk to most restaurants in town.

Great ski location

This property is located very close to the bottom of lift 7 and is a easy walk to the lift. The town bus picks up right in front of the condo complex but be aware the schedule is more of a general idea on arrival times but it does seem like it ran about every 15 minutes as promised.

We recently stayed at this property and found it to be clean and in a fantastic location, especially for easy access to Lift 7. The proximity to the slopes is definitely the highlight of this rental.Overall, this is a great option for those seeking a convenient location near the slopes and don’t mind a no-frills setup

Fantastic Ski Week

John could not have been more responsive. He was very quick to answer any questions that came up. The location of the condo was excellent. The chair lift was literally right outside the door. It was and easy walk to the trail by the creek, grocery store and the shops and restaurants in town. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.

Off Season Family Weekend

Before we arrived, I was wondering why the great reviews. Now I get it. In fact, the pictures do not do the condo justice. The owner met us, showed us around, and was always available if we had questions. The condo itself was immaculate, well stocked, especially the kitchen, and was in a great location to the hot tub and ski lifts. The condo is a short walk to the center of Telluride and to the free gondolas to the mountain village. Highly recommend.
