Nestled inside the premier Cassidy Ridge community of luxurious townhomes and condominiums, Sophia Sundance is a lovely penthouse home with spectacular views of the snow-capped mountain peaks. Elegant and modern, yet completely comfortable and inviting, Sophia Sundance places you front-and-center to all of the Mountain Village, Colorado magic, while keeping you high above all the hustle-bustle and able to find plenty of peace and quiet too.

In the sunny and open GREAT ROOM, there’s a graceful and stylish LIVING ROOM, complete with a plush gray velvet sofa, matching armchairs, a marble coffee table, and a cozy, crackling fireplace. A large HDTV is perfect for a movie night or watching the game, but you might find it difficult to tear yourself away from the magnificent mountain views that can be viewed through the glass doors. These doors lead outside to a PRIVATE TERRACE with a gas grill and alfresco dining area— perfect for sipping your morning mug of coffee while gazing out at the mountain peaks.

A formal DINING AREA has a circular table with seating for five and leads into the open KITCHEN. Here you’ll find an efficient U-shaped space with slate gray quartz countertops and double-stacked wood cabinets. The full suite of premier appliances includes a microwave, dishwasher, gas range, and Viking refrigerator.

In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, a kitty-cornered stone fireplace faces the luxurious king-size bed. Two bedside tables hold crystal lamps, and large windows allow for breathtaking views. In the spa-like ENSUITE BATHROOM, two separate marble vanities flank the soaking tub. There’s also a step-in steam shower and a water closet. The SECOND BEDROOM also has a king-size bed, and there’s another FULL BATHROOM as well.

The location of Sophia Sundance allows you to step out your door and stroll to some gorgeous, world-class ski slopes and hiking trails. You’ll also be only about a mile away from enjoying a delicious dinner or an afternoon of shopping in the charming village. Amazing views

Sophia Sundance exceeded all of our expectations. The views were spectacular. Huge balcony to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon wine. Both beds were super comfortable. Hi end furnishings and plenty of room where you don’t feel cramped. We used dial-a-ride only once because it was raining. You can easily could walk down to the gondola. I think it was .4 miles. We would definitely rent this one again.

Spectacular

What a view. Top shelf appliances, bathrooms, and bedding. Elevator was very helpful. Our unit was right next to the elevator and we never heard it operate. Getting into the unit the first time was difficult and confusing. A property map including parking, garage and unit buildings would have been helpful. Took us about 30 minutes and the help of a very kind neighbor to get into the garage and find the correct building. The deck fire pit with morning/ evening views were stunning. Two complaints. Having a two bedroom unit with only one parking place is very inconvenient. We met another couple and needed two parking spots. One car had to park 1/2 mile away. The cushions for outdoor seating were filthy. We sat on them for first evening cocktails and had to wash our clothes. We would definitely consider returning.

Fantastic!

What a wonderful property! Sophia Sundance is a wonderful condo with gorgeous views. The kitchen is fully stocked with wares, the main bathroom is huge and the beds are so comfortable! The deck is a great place to look at the mountains and watch the stars. It has a nice gas fireplace and the grill is an added bonus. We rented a car in Montrose and used it mostly to drive to the parking lot behind the Market and then took the gondola. The gondola rides to Telluride are fabulous. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. (But I would buy cans of oxygen from the store!)

Beautiful View

The property manager was over and above helpful! She actually helped us with our luggage because my husband had some health issues and couldn’t physically move very well. It was decorated beautifully and the views were amazing from both bedrooms . Highly recommend the property!

Incredible view, very comfortable stay

Great view and deck with seating and fire pit. Very well-stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds with easy storage for clothes and other items. Both bathrooms were clean and private. Overall a wonderful stay with easy access to the gondola (a short walk or quick ride via Dial-A-Ride). Would definitely stay again!

Wonderfully big patio to share for sunrise and sunsets!

Amenities were wonderful! We enjoyed our time on the patio soaking in the range of the San Sophia morning and evening. Perfect floor plan with everything on one floor and no stairs. We had a little glitch with the wifi not working and they promptly accommodated us with a hotspot wifi. Everyone was kind and helpful! We highly recommend this place, and if available, will book it next time we visit!

Great condo

Overall great condo. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Dial-A-Ride service made it very easy to get to slopes and town. If you are heading to downtown Telluride, use the gondola to town. It is much faster than driving and you get great views on your way. My one request is the condo provide a few basic spices for cooking so you don’t have to buy all that if you are cooking a few meals.

Impeccable views

We had a great experience staying at this unit! The views were amazing and the property was very updated with high end finishes and fixtures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable! The single level property was great for us with a young kiddo. The fully enclosed heated garage parking was great. The location is convenient to the market village where you can jump on the gondolas to into town. The unit has radiant heat that even when we turned off it was still warm in the u it which was easily remedied by opening windows. I could not figure out the ski access either, so it wasn’t necessarily ski in/out in my opinion although ski access in mountain village is easy with mountain village dial a ride. We would definitely stay here again!

Camp Telluride

Owners have done a great job preparing home to ensure everything you need is at your fingertips. Mt Village Shuttle service was very quick and efficient. Greatly enjoyed our stay.
