The Mountain Lodge is nestled among the majestic 14,000 foot peaks of the San Juan mountains and is surrounded by pristine ski terrain. This breathtaking property exudes a chic and rustic mountain charm while providing guests with a premium alpine experience! This quiet corner unit has a fireplace, private balcony, complimentary beer, wine, snacks & views! Ski IN, Ski OUT, Soak, Sip and repeat!



The Mountain Lodge offers stunning views at every turn and enough amenities, services and and charm to have you well taken care of when you're off the mountain! This two-bedroom / two-bath suite features 950 sq/ft of warm design, a personal patio, a cozy fireplace, three flat screen TV's, a full kitchen with new appliances, new wood floors, ample storage space and a full rotation of resort-style services! We stock our unit with premium coffees, teas, snacks, sparkling waters AND your first round for Happy Hour! The NEW Village Market is steps away from your front door and grocery delivery is available. Our guests are also invited to enjoy aprĂšs ski cocktails (with crazy dramatic mountain views!) at The View Bar & Grill. This gourmet gastro-pub serves up creative cuisine, craft beers and cocktails and is a stones throw from your private deck entrance. After a day of mountain adventures, soak and swim in the stunning outdoor pool and hot tub deck surrounded by the jagged San Juan peaks! Recharge in the fitness center, detox in the steam room or lounge next to the massive stone fireplace next to the bar.



Mountain Lodge also offers a free shuttle service to to Mountain Village's extensive shopping and entertainment and other destinations throughout the area. Our unit is steps away from the new Village Market where you can stock up on groceries, high quality produce, deli items and your Apre’ libations. The Mountain Village core as well as downtown Telluride are both a short (and FREE) gondola ride away and offer a dizzying array of dining options, bars and entertainment venues. The free gondola to the Village core and downtown Telluride is located steps from our unit and makes zipping around the region free and easy!



Our unit is priced SIGNIFICANTLY below published rates for Mountain Lodge because we manage this unit ourselves. We believe that the beauty of the Telluride region should remain accessible to a variety of budgets and lifestyles. The Alpine Escape is the PERFECT choice for couples, families and anyone looking to have an affordable adventure in Telluride!



Our guests have complete access to ALL of the resorts amenities! Enjoy an on site ski shop and rental service, concierges, full bar and restaurant, steam room, workout facilities, complimentary shuttle service, gear lockers and more. On site parking is PAID parking and is managed by the Mountain Lodge staff at check in. Other parking options are available nearby as well. Given the proximity to the free gondola, local walking and hiking trails and the free Mountain Lodge shuttle, most guests do not need access to a car for the duration of their stay.

Unit was very clean and just as how it was described in the listing. All the amenities that were included, ie. the pool and hot tub were always neat and in order. Luke was very good about providing everything that was needed for our stay. Only downfall was the daily 39 valet service fee to park on the property that the resort made you pay, which wasn't even necessary as most of the time we kept our car key and came and went as we pleased and just used the valet service when the lot was full. Would definitely book with Luke again.

The entire property is beautiful , with stunning views everywhere you looked! The View restaurant was also gorgeous and the food delicious. Our condo was so cozy and spotless, the perfect place to come home to each day. Luke, the unit Host, was amazing and very organized, he was always available for any questions or concerns. This was our third time staying in Telluride but our experience at the Mountain Lodge was by far the best! We highly recommend it!

This property is very small. Would have no more than 4 people stay in here. Location is okay, can take gondola or shuttle to get where you need. Property had some maintenance issues- electrical outlets not working, fireplace didn’t work, oven didn’t work (only broil worked). Did not realize that washer & dryer was not in the unit- but had to pay to wash/dry in building laundry room. Not ideal when traveling as a family. Noisy neighbors above & had someone screaming obscenities outside the building one early morning. Anyways- won’t stay here again- but not the worst place I have stayed.

Wonderful stay at the Mountain Lodge property. The unit is well maintained, stocked with the right essentials, very clean and fresh. Exactly what we wanted for our short vacation to climb the nearby 14ers. Enjoyed the welcome gift of beverages and snacks! Great location within the Mountain Lodge property with convenient access to the gondola and the nearby market for last minute groceries. Will book this unit again when we return to Telluride!

Beautiful, convenient condo

Overall the condo was a great place to stay for our Christmas vacation. Room for our 3 kids between the second bedroom and pull out couch, with nice privacy in the master for my husband and I. The kitchen and dining space were a little tight and not quite stocked enough for a family of 5 who cooks all of their meals in, so I would recommend more for 4 people or a family that plans to eat out often. We did have to buy a couple of pans, and wash plates and utensils after every single meal because there weren’t enough to get us through more than 1 1/2 meals. We appreciated the drinks and snacks that were provided
 but I had to hide the giant jar of starbursts from my kids! Haha. The check in and check out were a breeze. Note there is a $35/day valet fee, but that was easy too and they kindly helped us unloaded everything (even our groceries!) and get them to our condo the first night. Laundry is shared and on the main floor. It’s $2.25 for wash and $2 for dry, plus $1 per single use detergent pack (quarters only), but you can use a reloadable credit system that makes it easier. There is also a ski locker on the first floor, and you are a short *maybe* 50 yard walk down a small hill from ski in/out access to Lifts 1/10. This was perfect for our young skiers. Thanks to Luke for an easy booking process answering my pre-vacation questions, and getting us plenty of arrival/stay/departure info a few days before we arrived. Overall would definitely recommend!

Always love telluride and mountain village

We have stayed at mountain village before and loved it. This unit was great and we liked the floor plan better than the last one we rented here. There was unfortunately construction and new roofs getting put on all the buildings but we understood it was an update that was needed. The management of this unit were apologetic and took care of us. We love mountain village and and this unit and will definitely return.

Amazing location and excellent customer service

Our entire stay was wonderful. From the minute we checked in, the front desk and concierge were so helpful, kind and accommodating. They answered questions and were so knowledgeable about the area, which was great since it was our first time visiting Telluride. Whenever I did reach out to Luke, he was very responsive and also so helpful! You can’t beat the location, it was perfect for our family, and we will definitely be back!
