Things wrong are too many to list but some complaints are the place is poorly managed, not maintained, pool area dirty, pool tile hasn’t been washed in months, never enough thin cheap towels supplied, extremely small rooms, one small trash can in room to share with living area bathroom and bedroom, bad plumbing, worst check in experience I’ve ever had, bar/grill doesn’t even open till 5 so that was deceptive. I could go on but this is the second chance we’ve given this Embassy Suites because they’re usually pretty good and we like the location but we will not be returning

I'm no expert when it comes to hotels, but this place is nice and clean, large lobby comfortable even when large groups arrive, the personnel answered all my requests (not many but still) in record time and with a smile. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed comfortable with plenty of pillows. Tea and coffee in the room, and there was even an iron and board !

Not worth the money

Very old and dinghy feeling, I wouldn't dare walk barefoot in my room, no water pressure in the shower just an overall impression that there is no regard for the brand...

Property needs updating but over all experience was good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat.

We use Expedia a lot and this property was our keadt favorite. Staff was super friendly and pleasant but the room which is their Deluxe Suite was pretty tattered and old. Just want what youd expect for an Embassy Suites.

Tired rooms needing an update!
