I could not check-in to my room until 4pm on the back of the door it list check-in time is 3:00pm, I could not check-in earlier due to my room was not cleaned yet. I do not understand what was the hold up on the type of room I reserved which was a King size bed. did you only have one of that type? also while waiting sitting in the area where buffet breakfast is served and eaten by customers, floors were not swept. Food droppings everywhere. Not sure if I will return to this hotel.

Amazing hotes with hreat service. Everyone was very friendly and helped and the location is perfect. I really love that theu had underground parking

Nothing Special
Posted Mar. 18, 2024 on HotelsI believe everything was alright. However, I questioned paying for parking as we are a guest at the hotel and when the other hotels in the area do not charge. Also, you’re charged a dollar to use the app to pay for parking. I’ll stop here but we will not be staying here again. There is nothing special about the hotel yet you’re being charged for things the hotel should take care of. Good luck!
