Air conditioning was not working. 3rd day toilet was clogged. On 5th day toilet was clogged again. While taking shower found out body wash dispenser was EMPTY. Breakfast was always the same. Staff were not so customer friendly. Etc., etc.

Unexpected location behind a small plaza, but still easy to find. Parking was easy and accessible. Staff was friendly when we were checking in. We weren’t expecting much and the room still disappointed us. It was a Saturday night and it was quite expensive, so I was surprised to find old food in the fridge. The towel they hung also had a weird red stain on it with a big hole … Needless to say, we felt it was greatly overpriced for what we got. We are fine with old and outdated, but cleanliness is a MUST for us.

The beds were very uncomfortable. There was an awful smell in the hallway, which was supposed to be due to new wallpaper being installed. The breakfast was excellent, which was unexpected!! The staff was very friendly
