And with the famous Galway Downs Equestrian Complex just a short 7 minute drive you are in the heart of everything beautiful Temecula Wine Country has to offer.

With 450+ mature Olive Trees situated on just over 2 acres this Villa is perfect for a group of friends and/or family seeking beautiful sunsets, views of hot air balloons at dawn, privacy, relaxation and panoramic views including of vineyards. Take a stroll through the endless rows of Olive Trees or variety of numerous fruit trees, and watch the sunset over the mountains as you roast marshmallows by the fire or make dinner on the BBQ.

Whether you wish to watch TV by the fireplace or play foosball, this arpx 2400sf home has what you need to enjoy a short or extended stay. Choose from a stack of board games to play with your group, or sip champagne next to patio. This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, with 4 lovely bedrooms, a fold down sofa bed, and 3 bathrooms. This Olive Grove Oasis home is the ultimate vacation destination for anyone looking to absorb the beauty and culture of Temecula Wine County.

The bedroom configuration is as follows:

Our home is located behind a stunning aprx 75 yard gravel to paver driveway that leads to ample parking on the premises for you and your group. The driveway space can fit up to 6 cars. The house is also ride share app accessible if you visit wineries or have a toast. Do not drink and drive.

Please note that we do not provide speakers or sound systems for use in our properties.

Events or parties are not allowed. No vendors may be used at the property. 8 people maximum should be on the premises at any/all times, which is limited to the party booking the property. Please note that Riverside Ordinances and good neighbor policies restrict certain noises, including but not limited to the hours between 10pm and 8am, and those will be enforced. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed, and accountability for all will be the responsibility of the guest. By booking you agree to the foregoing. Please feel free to inquire for more information about policies and fees.

As with parts of wine country, WiFi can be tricky and a hotspot is the route to get it. We have a WiFi hotspot, but service does not always work and therefore is not guaranteed with the house. (Expectation should be no wifi.) We do have television service, which is provided though DirectTV with ample cable channels.

We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please refer to the House Rules included in our listing and contact us with any questions.

We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. Absolutely no pets are allowed at this property at any time. If an unauthorized pet is on the premises, the guest will be assessed a fine. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be the responsibility of the guest.

Alex was very easy to contact and work with. The house is beautiful and fit our girls weekend perfectly. The property is amazing and each morning of our October stay we got to watch the hot air balloons lift off and it was picture perfect. I found the house with no problem but it would be helpful in the notes to know that you leave a paved road and go onto a dirt road for quit a bit. I could see it being a problem if you weren’t aware and if it rained you would need the right car. Also the house is furnished and has some basic items but not all items that were necessary for us. Bowls for breakfast, salt or pepper, paper towels, plastic storage bags, serving utensils. If they put a little more into the needs of the guest for cooking there, it will be perfection. If the needs come up again to stay in Temecula I will once again call on Alex.

Wonderful Birthday Weekend in Temecula

I stayed with 5 friends at this property to celebrate my birthday and everyone loved it. The house has a great layout and is spacious of a group of that size. The outdoor patio was nice to sit and relax by the firepit. The outside grove is gorgeous. We needed many Uber/Lyfts to get to and from places and the house was easily accessible for all drivers. The view from the front is incredible especially at sunset. The internet was a bit spotty but we weren't really reliant on our devices while there but did have full reception. It was a pleasure to stay here during the trip.

We had a lovely time relaxing at the property. It’s Uber/Lyft accessible which was a big plus for wine tasting! Spotty wifi but that happens. Beautiful views and it was fun to watch the nearby hot air balloons!

Had a great stay. Beautiful view on Saturday morning watching the hot air balloons from the backyard. Very spacious house. Cabinet with many board games. We were a party of 6 and slept very comfortably. I had read other reviews before we decided to stay here and others complained about the Wi-Fi and water pressure and I would have to agree. The Wi-Fi was very weak and some had to take showers with very little water. Make sure to take plenty of water bottles. Fridge doesn't dispense water or ice so we had to run to the store to get a couple packs of water. Other than that this was a great house in an amazing location with beautiful views. Quick response from owners when messaging for check-in information.

Beautiful and comfortable stay!

Our group had a great time at the property. The views around the house are beautiful and the location is perfect for visiting the Temecula wineries. It was comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area and the cornhole set-up was a great touch! Overall I highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

Perfect weekend stay

Wedding trip with our baby.

This was our first time traveling with our baby and really needed something comfortable to feel like home, this was it! They even had a pack and play and a huge master closet that was really dark for her to sleep in each night. Every place we needed to go was within ten minutes and the views from the patio were spectacular! Our only suggestion would be ceiling fans in the family room and bedrooms as they were pretty warm at night which made it hard to sleep due to it being so warm outside. Everything else was great! Highly recommend!!

Nice place. Views of Hot air balloons in the mornings were great. Patio deck could use some repairs. Air conditioning in half south half of the house didn't seem to provide proper air flow to some rooms. Shower water pressure was weak in main bath. WiFi was weak.

Great location and outdoor space

We stayed over the weekend and really enjoyed the location and outdoor areas. The morning views of the hot air balloons were gorgeous, and there were even rabbits around the property. Only two minor issues that I think have been mentioned in past reviews. The WiFi didn’t work at all and the water pressure is weak. Other than that, loved our stay.

We stayed recently for a small girls trip and absolutely fell in love with the home. It’s gorgeous and I wish I could decorate my own home this cute! ;) Great location, very close to so many wineries. The view was really pretty too. My friends saw the hot air balloons in the early morning (while the rest of us were asleep, lol). We loved hanging out by the fire place. Everything was perfect, the only constructive feedback we noticed was that the water pressure in the showers was kind of weak, other than this though everything was so awesome and we are looking forward to returning here again. :) Also, we saw a coyote walk up on the deck and it quickly ran off, so just be aware of your surroundings. Again, we all would totally recommend!

This property met our expectations and more. Everything about it was wonderful and very clean. My friends and I enjoyed all the amenities it offered and Alex was a wonderful host. Amazing property!!!!

Wow! This property was amazing!! Highly recommend! We went for a moms weekend getaway and fell in love. The outdoor space is wonderful for adults and kids. There's plenty of land for kids to explore, a huge outdoor firepit, BBQ, corn hole. And the views are breathtaking. The home has a great layout and the rooms were clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. AND we had a bottle of wine awaiting us when we arrived! Speaking of wine, the wineries are only five minutes away. So, the location is ideal. The only negative thing I would say is because it was SO hot the weekend we went, it would have been nice to have the air on just a little bit prior to our arrival because when we arrived it was almost 90 degrees inside and took well into the night to cool the home to a comfortable temperature because it was so hot. And the house had a small ant problem from them trying to get to the water. BUT, it's a ranch property and neither of those things spoiled our stay!!! I definitely recommend and we will absolutely be coming back!!

Charming Home with Beautiful Views

My family and I came to stay for a weekend getaway along with the grandparents. We hit a bit of a snag at check-in with the smart lock running out of battery. The owners were very responsive and quickly resolved the matter by sending over a locksmith. In the interim, we enjoyed our lunch in the back patio and took in the beautiful views from the deck. Once we entered, we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Later in the evening, they were very sweet to send us more bottles of wine along with chocolate for the inconvenience. We enjoyed most of our time in the backyard. We made all our lunch/dinners there and greatly enjoyed sipping our vino as the sun set out on the deck. Our girls enjoyed playing board games outside, roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, the small swing by the side of the house and the whole family enjoyed several rounds of the bean bag toss game. Although the grounds is quite large, it mainly consists of fruit and olive trees. It makes for a lovely walk through them but a bit slippery without the right shoes since it's a bit steep. We did enjoy watching the hot air balloons in the morning from the deck. Although we did not enjoy the wineries during this trip, the property is located just around the corner from South Coast Winery. The inside of the home is decorated lovely and makes you feel cozy and right at home. All in all, it is an absolutely charming and lovely property and highly recommend it for a family getaway.

Perfect Wine Country getaway

The pictures don't do this property justice! We enjoyed a small bachelorette party weekend for my sister this past weekend, and I can't say enough about the house. We spent most of our time on the beautiful outdoor patio with the fabulous views of Temecula. It was *Almost* walking distance to South Coast Winery, but still a quick Uber. The house had everything we needed!

Relaxing wine country retreat

Had a really enjoyable stay at Alex & Rachel’s home. It’s off the beaten path in a beautiful country-like setting, amidst an olive grove and fruit trees. The home is lovely and spacious. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Great outdoor spaces to hang out, and really close to a couple notable wineries in the area. They’ve made some nice upgrades/adjustments since some of the older reviews were posted. Notably the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies so we had everything we needed for the long weekend. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, which was lovely. The Roku TV, WiFi and indoor speaker were great for lounging around, and the fire pit was a welcome place to relax each night. If I had to nitpick, the one thing that could use some improvement is the beds. The mattresses were uncomfortable for most in the group. I would also have liked to received the check-in details a little earlier than we did. But other than that, the home was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to get away from the city to relax and unwind. Thank you Rachel and Alex for your hospitality!
