This contemporary house with a minimalist vibe in Potrero has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. It provides Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all areas.

All the bedrooms have glass walls with sliding doors which open onto the beautiful landscaped tropical yard surrounding the gorgeous, guitar swimming pool and an unbelievably elegant surfboard outdoor shower.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen in European style or let yourself be pampered by a chef. The spacious, connected, open-concept living area makes it easy to prepare meals and still be with the rest of your party.

The large TV in the sitting area invites you to a relaxing movie night. The sliding doors in the living room lead to the covered terrace with a hanging swing and barbecue.

Rinse the sand off the beach in the modern outdoor shower and jump into the beautiful pool for a refreshing swim. The garden is the heart of the property and invites you to relax and linger.



The house is only about 500 m walk from the beach. At the entrance to the beach there is a beach club with a pool area. The nearest supermarket (MerKdo) is just around the corner and several restaurants and cafes are also within walking distance.

Also, the gorgeous Reserva Conchal golf course is located a 25 minutes\' drive offering 18 holes on a prestigious course.

Have a rental car? Don\'t miss out on an evening at Casa Chameleon at Las Catalinas. Best to start here at sunset with epic ocean views and then enjoy a wonderful dinner with stunning views of the ocean and mountains.

One of the world\'s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 15 minutes by car and Tamarindo beach is located about 30 mins. These surf towns offer surf breaks for beginner to intermediate. Tamarindo surf is most famous from the famous Endless Summer surf movie and is a popular destination.



The bustling surf town of Tamarindo Beach also offers a variety of shopping, surf shops, international restaurants, and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease.
