Shhhh don’t tell people how wonderful this property is because once people find out how amazing it is it is sure to book up fast. The owners have really taken extra care to ensure you have a fun and comfortable stay. Nice touches everywhere. There is popcorn machine in the movie room!!!We traveled with our friends and there were 4 kids between the families. We were looking for a place that the kids would be occupied and we could just unplug and relax and this place was a hit!! There is so much to do and the property is huge. Our kids were playing sports and games, exploring the outdoors and chilling in the game room all weekend. We never heard a single “I’m bored” and for the most part they were off screens. It was great. While most people don’t think of Templeton as a coastal destination it is conveniently close to plenty of activities. But with this house you won’t need them. Honestly, it was like having a small private resort for our group. You won’t be looking for places to sit and relax. Honestly, between loungers, the inside and outside dining tables, fire pit and couches I think we counted over 80 seats on this property. So many places to just be or chill and enjoy. The owners were sweet and communicative. There is an easy to follow online property guide to help with all the amenities so using all the fun stuff was a breeze. We will definitely be back!!!
