Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island bar, and everything needed to prepare meals. The dining table seats six.

🔑 Important Information
* Onsite Caretaker: A caretaker lives in a separate residence on the property, respects guests’ privacy, and does not use any guest amenities.
* Rental Agreement: Required within 48 hours of booking.
* Security Deposit: $500 refundable authorization hold required before arrival.
* Pets: Up to 2 dogs welcome ($100 per pet). Includes a designated pet room and dog house.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Outdoor activities must end by 10 PM to respect neighboring properties.
* EV Charging: Overnight charging only. Guests provide their own adapter.
* Pool Heating: Heated to 78°F from May through mid-October at no charge. Higher temperatures are available for an additional fee with at least 48 hours’ notice (typically $400 for a 2–3 night stay).
* Security Cameras: Exterior cameras monitor the front entry and backyard. Tampering with cameras or the pool heater is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
* Cancellation Policy: A $75 cancellation processing fee applies to all cancellations. Travel insurance is recommended.
