Located on the 5th floor of a building with swimming pool and within walking distance of "Lago Martiánez", the famous salt water swimming pool complex, designed by the famous artist César Manrique, and the beach of "Martiánez". Our accommodation offers spectacular views of the beach and the Paseo de Las Palmeras, where the shopping centre is located, with shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The large window makes the studio very bright. The beds, the dining room and the living room are integrated in the same loft-like space, together with the 2-seater sofa-bed and its cosy kitchen. All these elements give it a spacious and cosy feel. By the way, the swimming pool is just a few steps away from the studio on the ground floor. Our accommodation is in a unique and unbeatable location, just a few steps away from the famous salt water swimming pools "Lagos Martiánez", designed by the multi-talented artist César Manrique. Martiánez Beach is also about 150 metres from the studio. In the surrounding area there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and leisure facilities. The shopping centre "Martiánez", with shops, supermarket, and a car park (for a fee), is about 100 metres away.
