This magnificent 3-bedroom house located in Caletillas-Candelaria has capacity for 6 people.



The house is very modern with minimalist decor, spacious, comfortable, and very bright, with an area of 240 m². Additionally, it features a wonderful and spacious terrace from where you can enjoy magnificent sea views, while also being able to enjoy a marvelous dinner, as it has a table and chairs outside. You can also enjoy the great climate of the area in the loungers you will find on its spectacular terrace, relaxing on them and enjoying the sunset.



It is very well located 600 m from the supermarket "Mercadona Caletillas", 800 m from the restaurant "Pizzería Da Stefano Sapori Candelaria", 950 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Caletillas", 68 km from the airport "Tenerife South Airport" and is located in an ideal area for families and within an urbanization.



The house has everything necessary for a pleasant stay, and is equipped with the following: It has 158 m² of terrace, washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, garage in the same building, and television.

Beautiful view with some drawbacks

Beautiful view. Convenient place for a big family.Ants are a problem. Must keep all the food in the fridge. Kitchen is full of bug traps. I do not know why they do not fix the unexisting dorr to the toilet problem.
