This holiday home is in a quiet pedestrian street. The street is parallel to the coastal walk and located a few meters from the pretty volcanic local beech of San Telmo.

It is a building of only 3 apartments so it is a very quiet community.

The house is on the first floor and consists of living room and kitchen, with a single bedroom, bathroom with shower, a small balcony and a terrace.

Wir waren 6 Wochen in Puerto de la Cruz. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - es ist alles da was man fĂŒr einen Lanzeiturlaub braucht. Hiperdino und Mercadona zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist in einer FußgĂ€ngerzone in 2. Reihe - also mitten im Leben und doch ruhig. Kommunikation und Abwicklung problemlos.

Nice, quiet place to stay close to wonderful beaches, shops and restaurants! The person that met us (Erica i think) was very patient with us and gave us wonderful recommendations for hiking and restaurants!! Would definitely stay here again!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren schon mehrmals in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Lage in unmittelbarer StrandnĂ€he und trotzdem sehr ruhig zeichnet die Unterkunft aus. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet - es fehlte uns an nichts, wir kommen gern wieder.

Gute und recht gĂŒnstige Wahl mitten in Puerto Cruz und trotzdem ruhig

Sehr zentral und trotzdem recht ruhig. Einrichtung vollstĂ€ndig und guter QualitĂ€t Alles auch recht hĂŒbsch eingerichtet. Das Appartment ist nicht allzu groß, aber reicht fĂŒr zwei Leute locker aus. Der Balkon ist schmal und kaum nutzbar ( auch nur ein Klappstuhl da), aber dafĂŒr große Terrasse nach hinten raus. Detail:Ventillator im Schlafzimmer ging nicht, aber naja, war nicht schlimm. Insgesamt waren wir recht zufrieden, auch gutes Preis-Leistungsniveau-VerhĂ€ltnis

Comfy and Well Located

This apartment is in a convenient, central location overlooking a quiet pedestrianised street. Erica personally greeted us on our flight delayed arrival and we found her to be a good communicator and pleasant host. The apartment itself was clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped. There were odd minor issues - what place doesn't? - but my wife and I very much enjoyed our month here. Would we return? Definitely! The Good: Comfy / Quiet / Excellent location / Sunny rear patio / Street balcony / Wi-fi But note: No air-con or celing fans. OK for us in winter but summer? / TV not "smart" and nearly no English channels. (Mostly Spanish and German)

Mooi en groot appartement

+ We hadden een prettige vakantie. Gelegen in stad , wandelstraat , maar toch zeer rustig. Dicht bij het water, dicht bij grootwarenhuis. Leuk was het terras. - bij aankomst was de lavabo, lavabokast en aanrecht niet proper. Er zijn ook geen schoonmaakprodukten. Bij een verblijf van 1 maand is dit wel noodzakelijk. Keukenhanddoeken ontbraken. Opgepast : temperatuurregelaar van de oven werkt niet meer.

Es lohnt sich

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und wieder sehr zufrieden. Zentral gelegen, gut ausgestattet, sauber und fĂŒr zwei Personen ausreichend Platz in Innen- und AußenrĂ€umen. Das Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis stimmt.

Schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Man ist direkt im Zentrum und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Einziger Minuspunkt, die KĂŒchenutensilien könnten teilweise ausgetauscht werden. Die Messer sind nicht mehr scharf und leider war nicht alles von unseren VorgĂ€ngern ordentlich abgewaschen.. Sonst war aber alles super.

Ideal for a couple. Location perfect for the super market and a shop that catered for celiacs and dairy-free intolerance. Had a terrace that was a sun trap for about four hours in the afternoon. Use of the Oven required better instruction, becomes very hot very quickly, food requiring less heat and time in the oven than it's cooking instructions advised. Possibility of causing a fire, until you got used to it. Overall the apartment served to give us a lovely holiday.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein, fĂŒr zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Sie befindet sich in zentraler Lage in StrandnĂ€he in einer kleinen Einkaufsstraße und ist sehr ruhig (FußgĂ€ngerzone). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, bzw. der Verwaltetin war sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir haben 3 Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Besonders hat uns die zentrale, aber trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage gefallen. Auch in der Karnevalszeit wurden wir nie durch unangenehmen LÀrm gestört. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

Zentrale Lage in der FußgĂ€ngerzone

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Calle la Hoya. Die Stadt kann gut zu Fuß erkundigt werden. Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten und einem Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, KĂŒche, KĂŒhlschrank mit Eisfach, einer großen Terasse mit Tisch und StĂŒhlen, einer Waschmaschine und einem kleinen Balkon. Die Kommunikation mit Erica war sehr gut! Wir waren zu zweit und fĂŒhlten uns wohl. Gerne wieder!

The Best Yet

We have been going to Puerto De la Cruz for many years now but have stayed outside the centre of town. We decided that it was time to experience what it would really be like to live there as I said in my original application. This apartment was perfect for our needs in every way; we were close to shops, close to San Telmo for walks, we had a lovely private patio (yard) which really caught the sun, the apartment was easy to keep clean. We had been to the apartment while we were in Puerto de la Cruz in December so we did know what to expect in regard to the apartment and the facilities. We stayed for 2 months but the time seemed to go very quickly as we relaxed and warmed our bones.

Im Herzen von Puerto gelegen, mit toller Anbindung an SupermĂ€rkte, Loro Bahn und StrĂ€nde. Gut aber sehr einfach ausgestattetes Appartement. Sauberkeit am Anfang mangelhaft. Haben BettwĂ€sche gewaschen, das Geschirr gespĂŒlt , den Backofen und KĂŒhlschrank gereinigt, gesaugt und denDuschkopf getauscht, dann war es okay. Sonst gute Ausstattung. Daher kleine AbzĂŒge in der B Note.
