The holiday apartment in Playa de Las Américas is the ideal accommodation for you to enjoy a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The 43 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, refrigerator, and washing machine.



You will have a private terrace and access to a shared pool. Within walking distance you will find a bus station and a supermarket. Playa de Las Américas is 950 m away, Playa Las Vistas is 1 km, a water park is 2 km, a golf course is 10 km, and a natural park is 45 km away.



Street parking is available, but not within the residential complex.



The reception door can only be opened once upon arrival. Afterwards, you will collect your keys from a security box in the apartment, where you will also find the tag to access the common areas and the reception door for future entries. You are not allowed to ask reception to open the door every time you leave.



Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. From 10:00 p.m., you must not play loud music or make noise that could disturb other guests' rest.



Stays for guests under 18 are not allowed, except when accompanied by one or more adults staying with them. Only a maximum of 3 guests is permitted: two adults and one child (under 18).



Towels and bed linen are provided. For stays longer than one week, you must wash the towels and sheets yourselves if needed. There is no room service; cleaning is only done on check-in and check-out days.



Upon departure, you are required to take out the garbage and leave all dirty laundry in the bathroom.
