Our flat La Lavada is part of a typical Canarian house situated in the historic town of Tacoronte in the north of Tenerife. The property includes a beautiful house and two beautiful flats. Surrounded by avocado trees, vineyards and a beautiful garden with a variety of native flora. It also has its own wine cellar.



The location is perfect and close to stunning black sandy beaches, the green of the north, the Teide National Park and all hiking trails.



La Lavanda, of 50m², has been completely refurbished. Warm and cosy atmosphere:



- Living room, dining room and kitchen.

- Modern, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, blender, fridge, nespresso machine, iron and ironing board).

- Hair dryer (in bathroom).

- Double sofa bed: 1.30 cm wide by 1.90 cm.

- Upstairs sleeping area with double bed: 1.40 cm wide by 2 m long.

- 1 bathroom.

- Patio for communal use with outdoor furniture.

- Garage with one parking space for the house and the possibility of extending to three parking spaces if the three properties are rented.

- Satellite TV, international channels in living room.

- Wifi.

- Heating.

- Maintenance service, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.



We have FREE cots and high chairs available for our customers.



The accommodation is equipped with a Securitas Direct indoor and outdoor alarm system with volumetric photo detectors (not security cameras) which, if the alarm is switched on, will take a photo in case of an intruder triggering the alarm. During the stay of our guests, this system is switched off.



The following documents must be presented upon arrival:



- Copy of passports or ID (DNI) of all guests over 14 years of age. This documentation is necessary to complete the check in process.



-Signed contract with the details of your stay (we will send it to you by email).



-On arrival at the accommodation you must sign an inventory with the furniture, equipment and decorative elements of the property.

Exceptional, what an amazing experience

I really liked the stay, the communication, the service and the overall cleanliness of the stay. We felt that we were received very warmly, even though we didn't have the chance to meet anyone because we had a delay. I also liked to see the avocado trees and the chickens that walked around. The fridge was filled with fresh vegetables and everything needed for breakfast, We also had fresh fruits, homemade liquor, marmalade, and wine available. Wish we stayed here longer. I find it hard to think of something for improvement. But if I had to name something, it would be to do something about the bugs/flies (I found some on the bed) and to have a proper manual for the security system. By mistake I tripped the security system and that was quite stressful. This is of course my mistake, but it would help to have a good manual.

Excellent attention to detail

The property was of a very high standard with great attention to detail. The kitchen was the best equipped I've come across and there was lots of useful information provided on both the property and local services. On Christmas Eve a beautifully wrapped gift was delivered from the owner consisting of home made orange liqueur, fresh mandarins and sweets. This seemed typical of the consideration this owner gives to their guests. The only downside was that the property is very shaded by trees and so is rather dark. While there is an outdoor seating area it was never warm or sunny enough during our stay to sit there due to the shading from the trees. Tacoronte is mid way between Santa Cruz and Puerta de la Cruz and we used the excellent local bus services to get around. Buses and local shops are within 10-15 minutes walk from the property.
