Tenerife 2 week stay

The property was clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing. Communication with owner was very prompt and we were even allowed to stay in property until late afternoon of check out day. We would recommend car hire.

Lovely property with fantastic pool on the golf couse

Splendid Star is a nice, generously-sized apartment-style property. The highlight is definitely the renovated pool area which is the best I have experienced of any villa in the Canary Islands! The pool is large and features jacuzzi jets at one end and a spa-style fountain and water jet along the back. There is an outside hot shower which is nice to use after a dip in the pool. The kitchen has plenty of cutlery, crockery and utensils. In the bedroom, the bed is king-sized and there is lots of drawer space. There is a built-in wardrobe opposite with hanging space, drawers and a safe. The lounge has large sofas and a large TV with lots of channels, but we couldn't find any British ones; there were a few American/English-language channels (CNN/MSNBC). The host provided a generous selection of complementary items on arrival, including fruit, bread, milk and a bottle of wine, all of which were very welcome! The location is very pleasant as it backs onto the golf course with the sea/marina visible in the background. Only the ground floor is accessible, which is a bit of a shame as it means the balcony cannot be reached to really appreciate the view! We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back some time!

Perfect break

We are just back from a short break in this property and can’t fault it. The welcome pack was well thought out and extremely useful. There were many little extra touches that the owner provided that were unexpected and extremely thoughtful. There are many cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. The owners make you feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this property.

La verdad que pasamos un gran fin de semana, todo genial, maravilloso, excepto a la hora de la llegada, la casa a la hora no estaba para entrar, nos dieron de esperar media hora más,pero nos buscaron una solución rápida. De resto muy contentos y seguro que volveremos.

Meine Schwester und ich hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren ein Traum. Es war super sauber, schöne Außenanlage. Alles sehr gepflegt (Garten, Liegestühle usw.) Monica und Fabio waren sehr hilfsbereit. Da unser Flug erst abends ging, durften wir länger in der Unterkunft bleiben. Als wir ankamen waren Annehmlichkeiten wie ein Obstkorb, ein guter Rotwein, Wasser und für das erste Frühstück, alles da. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist einfach toll. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Also rund um ein gelungener Urlaub. Wenn wir 100 Sterne geben könnten, würden wir das sofort tun. Die Unterkunft ist in Live genauso wie auf den Bildern, wenn nicht noch schöner. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. ewtas
