Hello, We're a brother and sister duo who moved to Tenerife five years ago and fell in love with the island. Now, we love sharing it with guests—offering tips, experiences, or simply a cozy home where you can feel at ease and enjoy the island like a local. We're always here for any questions or help during your stay.

Now Imagine bright daylight shining through big glass doors into the modern, just newly renovated but vintage city-located apartment, overlooking the stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean while your favorite coffee is being prepared in your own coffee corner. It is perfect for families and friends who enjoy the local experience of food, culture, and entertainment of the historic city of Icod De Los Vinos with its nearby local beach, famous Dragon Tree, and walking paths through banana plantations.



The apartment's design and positioning are perfect for longer stays because the apartment has a private parking for free & smaller car. It's newly constructed, has a fully equipped kitchen & coffee corner. It's close 7-minute walking distance to a grocery shop and local restaurants. And as well as 5 min away walking distance is the central bus station with good connections.



The apartment is located on the second floor of the building without an elevator, with a smaller private and free parking space for a smaller car, 2 balconies, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living space with a fully equipped kitchen. And it's fully available for the guests.
