Great location in a classic building. Pleasant people. Expedia showed photos of rooms of 613 sq ft but they put us in a room of 213 sq ft and refused to switch us unless we paid more. We didn’t. Room was minimalist and very noisy as sounds echoed in the halls and atriums. No windows to the outside. We could hear the restaurant staff two floors above us.

Mr. Jack, We are deeply that your experience at Grand Hotel Boutique was disappointing. It's the first time something like this happens so make sure we will check on our room sizes shared in expedia so it doesn't happen again. Concerning the windows we shared the pictures and rooms details in expedia so you can see the description previously. As for the noise we try to maintain our spaces as silent as posible but we are deeply sorry you had to experience that. The property and rooms were immaculate.
The level of service was the best I have ever experienced. The staff went above and beyond to take care of our every need.
