The property’s open-plan living area is divided by a custom-made storage unit, split into a sleeping and dining/kitchen area. The small modern kitchen is well equipped with; an induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge freezer. Outside, there is a small terrace with an outside seating and dining area.

Conveniently situated in the hamlet of Cavigliano a 5-minute walk from a well-connected railway station this property also benefits from a pharmacy and a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity.
