This quaint home is situated in a quiet residental neighborhood and offers nice space for a group of 4-6 people. With 2 bedrooms on the main level, living room, enclosed porch, and a separate bonus area in the basement, there’s lots of room for guests.

The 1st bedroom features a queen bed with memory foam mattress.
The 2nd bedroom offers a comfortable stay on a full bed.
Bonus sleeping area with twin trundle beds is also available in the semi-finished basement.

Fully appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal and guests can enjoy seating for 6+ at the large dining table.

The backyard is fully fenced, offering a safe space for children and pets to enjoy.

Easy access to I-70, Indiana State University, Rose-Hulman, Deming Park and more.

Central A/C unit replaced June 2023 to keep guests cool during our Indiana summers.

With sidewalks throughout the neighborhood, guests can also walk to nearby Baesler’s Market and other shops in 15 minutes.
The home has a long, narrow driveway that can accommodate multiple cars, back to back.
Located just south of Poplar st., this home is just a short drive from downtown shops/restaurants, Memorial Stadium and more.



Parking is available in the driveway and can accommodate a maximum of 3 cars, back to back. Some street parking also available.

Thank you so much Lauren for allowing us women to have a staycation!!! We get together once a year and play cards and work puzzles and also eating. We also had friends come over throughout the week to play cards with us and we don’t have to worry about making too much noise or feel like we’re waking up our husbands so having a place close to home is so wonderful!!!

The house is comfortable and cozy! There is plenty of comfortable seating inviting you to sit and relax. The enclosed front porch is perfect for a relaxing beverage and conversation or reading. The house is clean and the check out process was easy to follow!

Property was clean, and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need for cooking a meal. So nice to have a few snacks & coffee on had for us when we arrived. Bathroom very clean. Yard was great for our furry children, neighborhood was very quiet and very close to restaurants & Indiana State locations. We will be staying here again. Thanks!

Indiana summer

Listing was accurate, house was very clean and comfortable. Fenced in backyard was nice for the kids to play without worry. Fireflies in the yard were an awesome experience for my kids. Close to the grocery, downtown, and Deming Park. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Home

We just loved our stay in Terre Haute at Lauren’s property. The home was so lovely, clean, comfortable, and quiet. There were so many sweet details added that we felt like we were at home. Lauren has thought of everything including coffee in the kitchen, little snacks and popcorn, toiletries in the bathroom, and lots of nice games and books. The beds were so very comfortable to sleep in as well. The home is in a very sweet neighborhood and even with all the trains in Terre Haute(which we love), it was still so nice and quiet. The home is in a great location and we could get to all our favorite spots. Check in was so very easy and Lauren was very responsive to any questions I had. We will be back in August and hope to stay here again. Chec

A peaceful stay

The property is great location to pretty much anything in Terre Haute. The owners pretty much supply everything you could possibly need and the place was neat and tidy. I loved the fact that the house was old but new. It was redone but they kept its original beauty. I loved everything about it . Had to give it a 4 overall because the listing said 3 bedrooms and there are only 2. The basement has a trundle bed though. Overall, super stay and convenient location. Thanks Lauren. I'd stay again!!
