The hotel was very run down. The wallpaper in the bathroom was torn and ripped all over. There was a huge whole in the bathroom door- looked like someone punched it. The pool was questionable and the spa was non functioning. The breakfast was disgusting. The only thing good to say was the beds were decent. We try to stay at Holiday Inns everywhere we travel and this was definitely the worst one we’ve ever stayed at.

When looking for a room, I came across an at for a Wells Fargo credit card. It offered a significantly reduced cost for our room. I applied for the card, received it and used it since. On checking in, there was no evidence of a price reduction. To say the least I’m past disappointed, actually angry. I feel deceived. When we arrived from Nashville, We were greeted by a knowledgeable attendant, were told we were on the third floor, the elevator was approximately 20 ft from the desk. we set our things on the bed then went to eat supper at the Covered bridge festival. After returning we went straight to room and crashed. next morning we awoke and went down to eat breakfast, It was wonderful. seating area was small so we ate our breakfast then went back upstairs to pack, we enjoyed our stay very much. thank you for allowing us to stay in your establishment.
