Great location and clean rooms

The hotel was in a great location, close to several restaurants and Walmart. Despite of being right of the freeway our room was very quiet. Room was clean and spacious. We would stay there again.

I made the reservation for my sister and her BF as my dad is on hospice at the hospital in Kaufman and this hotel was close by. They said checking in was very smooth and the room was nice & clean. Their complaints were that the bed was hard and they couldn’t sleep well because it’s a very noisy area. But, a little sleep and a clean, safe place to lay down for a few hours was better than sleeping in the car or the waiting room.

Disappointing stay. The room wasn’t properly cleaned—there was a sticky substance running down the wall by the dresser. The shower had multiple issues: the soap dispenser didn’t work, the showerhead leaked (reducing water pressure), and it was installed so low that at 5’10” and 6’2” we had to bend awkwardly just to rinse our hair. The only positives were the strong air conditioning and the genuinely kind staff. Unfortunately, basic housekeeping and maintenance need serious improvement.

Pleasant Surprise

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was neat, clean and in good repair. Though it was near a major highway, I did not hear much road noise. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Should I need accommodations in the area in the future I will definitely stay here.
