Ups and downs

Overall the property location and decor were amazing however multiple little things throughout the stay soured the experience. I arrived with a young family 30 min prior to check in and was told the time was being cleaned and I would be called when it’s done. An hour later and no one had contacted me. When I called I was told that the room was still being cleaned and someone would contact me. Another 15 min later and still nothing so I walked to reception to find out the room was ready to go. Not the best experience considering I was denied a late check out. Least you could do was get the room ready on time. The other major issue was the tv reception which kept cutting in and out making watching tv impossible. Other than that the place was great and in an amazing location.

Great Spot for a Family Holiday.

I’ve been using Accom Holidays for a few years and have never been disappointed. The apartment was gorgeous, close to the beach and restaurants, just a perfect place for a family holiday.

Beautiful apartment in great location!

Stayed in this apartment for 2 nights with my two sisters and niece and had a lovely time. The apartment was beautifully furnished, in a great location and surprisingly quiet, given its proximity to so many restaurants and cafes. It contained everything we needed to cook some great meals and was very convenient to the beach and shops. We especially appreciated the lifts and level walk to the beach as one of my sisters has difficulty climbing stairs. Check in and check out was a breeze. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Relaxation at it's best

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. It is in a fantastic location in Terrigal. We could sit on the balcony and see the beach and ocean from one vantage point, and watch the traffic and pedestrians from another angle. So close we could walk to the shops or the beach. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and exactly as the photos represented. We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday, thanks to this beautiful apartment. We will definitely be back!
