Step inside and you’ll find a spacious, thoughtfully designed home ideal for multiple families or large groups, with a variety of sleeping configurations spread across its 3500 square feet that make gathering easy. After a full day on the slopes or exploring Grand Teton National Park, unwind in the large living room, complete with a cozy fireplace and plenty of space to relax, reconnect, and share stories from the day.

The home features a private hot tub and sauna, perfect for post-adventure recovery, while the outdoor patio offers a truly iconic experience—sit back and watch the tram glide overhead, a front-row seat to one of Jackson Hole’s most recognizable landmarks.

The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with its own fireplace, a king bed, and a sleeper sofa. Guest Bedroom 1 features a comfortable queen bed, while Guest Bedroom 2 offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a twin bunk bed and a twin-over-double bunk. Guest Bedroom 3 is outfitted with a queen bunk bed, and the loft bedroom provides additional space with one queen bed and two twin beds, making it ideal for larger groups or families.

Guest of Tram Tower 12 also have access to private Tennis Courts and Pool in during the summer months. The Tram Tower community gym is open year round.
