UNIQUE VILLA IN MORAIRA (Costa Blanca). This is an exclusive and indivisible complex of two independent houses on the same plot, with direct access to the sea, a private swimming pool and capacity for up to 10 people.
LAYOUT: The complex has two buildings. The main villa, decorated in Baroque style, is distributed over two floors connected by an internal and external spiral staircase. On the main floor there are two bedrooms with twin beds, two bathrooms (one en suite with bath and shower, the second with shower), a fully equipped separate kitchen and a spacious and bright living-dining room with fireplace. On the ground floor of this house there is another bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms with showers, from where there is direct access to the pool terrace. The second house has a large living-dining room with views of the rock, an open kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom on the main floor. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where there is an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
EXTERIOR: This villa boasts a large plot facing the Mediterranean Sea, a well-maintained garden on several levels with natural grass, trees and plants, and direct access to a secluded cove with crystal-clear waters that offers plenty of privacy. The private swimming pool is located in front of the house, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols for sunbathing. The complex has several open terraces and a covered terrace on the main floor with an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying the sea breeze and the incredible panoramic views of the sea, the Peñón de Ifach natural park and the town of Calpe.
