If you’re looking for an idyllic group getaway to truly escape from it all, then add Villa Enzo Moraira to your holiday wish list. Nestled within the hills surrounding Moraira, this property is surrounded by pine woodlands, rolling green hills and lush shrubbery. In just a twenty-minute walk, you’ll reach the unspoilt coastal town of Moraira, with delightful narrow cobbled streets filled with markets, souvenir shops, and historical churches. Bejewelled with an assortment of sandy beaches and rocky coves, the villa is just a stroll away from the white sands of Playa de La Ampolla. Bursting with traditional Spanish character, head to its colourful marina, home to various harbourfront seafood restaurants and quaint tapas bars.
Villa Enzo Moraira combines style with simplicity and tradition, boasting a home that boldly showcases character through its décor and rooms. The exteriors are impressive and draw upon the authentic Mediterranean charm of the region, with wooden shutters, and a terracotta tiled roof. The inside has been renovated with a clean-lined and contemporary twist, featuring original stone fireplaces that give a glimpse into the villa’s history. Supporting fifteen guests isn’t a problem, with two living rooms, both decked with plump sofas for sinking into after a day of sightseeing, and a rustic wooden dining table. Our favourite feature has to be the sunroom, fenced with a row of tall glass windows that flood the upper floor with radiant natural sunlight. We recommend heading up in the morning with a cup of coffee, whilst admiring the sweeping verdant panoramas. There are even two separate kitchens, both finished in a quaint country-chic style with wooden accents and paired with modern appliances. As for the bedrooms, we don’t know where to begin - Villa Enzo Moraira offers a staggering eight bedrooms spread across the different levels of the home. Choose between four twins and four doubles, with a mix of ensuite bathrooms.
You’re instantly drawn to the outdoor space, encircled by lush greenery and woodland, which dowses the terrace in a fresh, citrus scent. For the sun-seekers, head to the poolside sun loungers to top up the tan and have a siesta in the sunshine. For the water-lovers, dip your toes in the generously-sized swimming pool – start with a peaceful morning swim, followed by an afternoon splash with the kids. For the foodies, the summer kitchen is equipped with a beautiful brick barbecue, an oven, and a fridge for whipping up family feasts in the warm Spanish sun. Tuck any culinary creations under the shaded veranda, with a ten-seater outdoor dining table to gather around.
