The breakfast was pretty good, but the hot food had almost completely run out by the time we got downstairs, which was half an hour before breakfast was supposed to end. They should’ve prepared more food. One of the young ladies behind the counter was very sweet, but did not speak English well and misunderstood a lot of things, and I had a hard time getting her to grasp what I was asking. I was about 90% sure that the checkout time was noon, and when I got there, there was a piece of tape over the sign that said 11 o’clock. They need to fix that.. They have the oldest flatscreen TVs I’ve seen in a long time. They are not smart TVs. You cannot screen cast from your phone to the television. There is heavy pixelation. That said, everyone on the staff was nice. The rooms were relatively clean, but the hotel looked fairly dingy. Cheap. But to be fair, it was an inexpensive place to stay for the night and the AC cranks down to 60°, so I enjoyed the stay anyway.

Overall terrible and not to a Wyndham standard! I had a reservation, but it took a very long time to actually get checked in and be given a key. I had to wait to check out also… no one at the front desk.

When we arrived a list of things was itemized that people would be charged for, after speaking with staff they said it is for “major” damages. I took a 5 minute video of the room and how unhygienic, run down and misleading the rooms were. Once settling in bugs were found throughout the room, horrible oder from the fridge and an AC that barely made any difference. I have NEVER had an issue with Expedia until this hotel. There were stains on the bed, bugs and very limited security. When asked about cameras we were assured “ we have ring cameras throughout the property”.

Less than expected The price was good. The bed was comfortable. But the hotel smelled musty, the tv remote was sticky. At breakfast the gravy for the biscuits was like water. The batter dispenser for the waffle maker was empty from the start.

The room was clean, but the whole room was just well-worn. The curtains were an issue - I had to use a hair clip to keep them closed. The desk chair was a place to sit, but it looked like a Goodwill bargain. The mattress was somewhat comfortable, but I could feel the springs. The breakfast was okay, but the only option for hot food was the waffle maker because the warmer was broken. Overall, the room served its purpose - a place to sleep.

The 2 individuals where friendly and helpful. However the facility really needs updating. We had to switch rooms because of a noisy AC. The tub filled with water and wouldn't drain. The place really needs to be upgraded before people stay there.

It's just ok.

The ac worked really well but the room was not as clean as i expected it to be. Could not leave the light on in bathroom for night light because it also turned on exhaust fan which was so loud it shook the wall and was caked with dust and dirt. We did not pay a lot for this room so my expectations weren't too high. The beds were comfortable.
