Disappointing stay in Texarkana

I stayed at this property one before. It was pristine that time. This time was a different experience. The owner did not provide the correct door code, she didn't know I was in the unit and didn't know the dates of my reservation. When I first gained entrance, disgusted that the unit was not clean. There were crumbs and debris on the floors, there was debris in the sinks - dessicated greens in the kitchen and toothpaste in the BR, and the coffee table had several glass rings on it. The owner had housekeeping come to clean, but had to come twice. Two additional amenities would be welcome - hangars and kleenex.

Clean, comfortable, convenient location

Less than 3 miles from the event I was in town for. Several groceries within about a mile if you are cooking for yourself. Lots of closet space if you are staying longer. The ironing board and iron were a nice convenience. The bed was firm and supportive and very comfortable. Be aware there isn't a dishwasher (I prefer handwashing when there are only a few things, so it didn’t bother me), and the supplied skillet is sized more for scrambled eggs than a stir-fry dinner.The only issue i had was that upon arrival, someone else had parked in the spot for this unit. I noticed that space numbers were faded and hard to read. I'd like to suggest the host repaint the number on the spot that goes with this apartment.
