I normally don’t post reviews or comment on places, but if you’re planning to sleep in Texarkana, pass this place right on by!! I stayed here last October on my way back to San Antonio. It was far from a 5 star place then, but it was a solid 3.5. 10 months later, it went from eh, doable, to dear God avoid it like a cold sore sketchy! Restaurant, no longer there. The room, smells like sweat and bad decisions and the elevator has all the excitement of a wooden roller coaster missing most of the screws. When I told the front desk that I rode down with the grim reaper, she told he that she knew. I’m assuming he also walks her out to her car at night. It has the same snuggly safety feel as buying food from a homeless guy. Actually, this place makes buying food from a homeless guy seem like a solid decision.

1 of 2 elevators were functioning. The one thart worked had missing parts. No certificates of inspection. Doors slamming, kids screaming in the halls Breakfast was very limited, and very poor quality 😢 I will never stay there again!!!

Little shy of expectations

Not up to Wyndham standards. Looked Run down from the pull in.. Elevator falling apart. Holes in walls. Hot tub broken, main door not marked... Entrance didnt look like a main entrance. Alll little things.

It could be better!

I wasn't expecting luxury but I did expect better, there's a smell as soon as you go near the lobby, the elevator is outdated, the buttons don't light up nor does the indication lights. The TV didn't work even when someone came to fix it we still couldn't use it. The bed is very uncomfortable and could use a topper, definitely need better pillows. A good overall renovation wouldn't hurt.

This is more of what I would call a budget hotel. The building is old but has been remodeled. It was once a very nice hotel. The breakfast was definitely less than expected but the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is quiet and far enough away from the interstate that traffic noise is no issue.

There was trash found in my room whenever I got to it the whole hallway on the hall was flooded and water. There was a lady sleeping on the bench outside in front of the lobby.
