The Tanger Outlets are only 17 minutes away, offering great items at excellent prices.

Other Things to Note:
• Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.
• No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.
• Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 7+ guests.
• Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.
• No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Pool: The pool is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months .Please note the smaller pool is a kiddie pool and not a hot tub as it does not heat up. NO POOL LIGHTS.
• Landscaping: Is done once a week.
• Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside.
• House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.
• Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.
• Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.

Please note that for reservations made through VRBO or any channel where we are collecting the payment, Ready Set Build is the merchant of record. Additionally, a $700 security deposit is required, which will be refunded 2 days after check-out, once we verify the house is in good condition.
