The property is fairly new, which shows, as there are lots and lots of improvements needed. For the prices they charge, the overall experience doesn’t quite do justice. The staff is polite but lacks the warmth and attentiveness you would expect in the hospitality industry.
Recreational activities are limited and quite boring. For toddlers, they have provided a swings and slide area, but unfortunately it’s placed in an open outdoor space. In the scorching heat, it becomes almost inaccessible. A covered play area would have been far more practical so kids could actually enjoy it.
On the positive side, the property itself is super spacious, but the utilisation of that space is poor. The brand they’re trying to build definitely needs a lot of refinement and thoughtful planning.
Food, however, was a pleasant surprise. I would rate the taste 8.5/10. It’s genuinely good, but since the à la carte menu is on the expensive side, it’s wiser to go for a package that includes meals—at least breakfast and dinner.
Overall rating: 5/10 – A beautiful, expansive property with potential, but falls short on hospitality and recreational experience. Needs significant improvements to truly match the brand name and pricing.
