It seems the air filters in the air conditioning systems all need to be replaced or cleaned. The smell of moldy ac hit you in the face as you entered the room. The light as we entered the room didn't work --- was it the switch or the bulb??? We were supposed to have a room with one bed, not two. This limited us in our space available for luggage and movement.

The room had a horrible musty smell that we couldn't get rid of because it was coming from the AC unit. So it was either be hot or breathe clean air. The shower walls were stained and dirty. They appeared to be short staffed but it didn't stop 2 of the employees from getting busy in the laundry room with the door open so everyone could see.

Upon arrival a man was outside and smoking. I went inside and found nobody at the desk I went bak outside and asked smoker if he knew where desk person was. He told me he was the desk person and continued smoking. Finally he arrived inside. Towel rack broken. NO phone. No clock. No coffee maker. Large, ugly stain in carper in hallway. Eggs were terrible. No bananas. I did enjoy the hot water. For what I got, the price is too high.

Many unsatisfactory issues with this stay. I had prepaid for my room on Expedia to avoid any issues. My room was double booked. I was moved to an unfinished room that smelled musty and moldy. AC only worked to increase the moldy smell in the room. Beds were very uncomfortable, and I'm not sure if the sheets were clean. The shower curtain was disgustingly dirty, and the complementary toiletries were awful. The television only had streaming that you would have to sign in to watch. I would not stay here again, I would have been better off sleeping in my car. The receptionist was nice but I felt like she had to switch my room because I booked on line. If you use any of the online booking companies be prepaird to get treated like your money is worth less when you pre book.

When we first got there, the lady at the front desk was not welcoming. In fact, she was rude. She said she didn't have our reservation and couldn't find it and she hated 3rd party reservations and the were booked solid. I showed her my Itinerary number and after a few more negative comments, she said all ahe could give me was the handicap room. That was fine with us. Still rude as hell. The gentleman working the breakfast the next morning was so nice and attentive. He made sure everyone had exactly what they wanted.

Service desk help was extraordinary. The only problem we experienced was no hot water on the 2nd morning. Staff was very apolegetic and working hard to correct the problem. They could not have been more helpful.

They canceled my 2 day reservation because I didn’t arrive the first night. Then the room I stayed I. Smelt like mold, the remote didn’t work, tv shut off randomly, and the room was super small.

The room was clean, and could easily be a decent place to stay. To start the room was warm when we showed up, we thought the air probably just hadn’t been turned on until we rented it, no big deal. Turned the air down, and it did cool some, but it was a hot night. The air conditioning definitely needs fixed. The bathtub was missing a stopper when my wife wanted to take a bath, I called the desk and they did have a new one. The WiFi would not work the tv, ended up having to use my phones hotspot for us to be able to watch tv. The Toilet seat was broke/completely missing one of the bolts. No Alarm clock in the room. Most of the stuff wrong was small stuff, but a lot of it was things staff had to know about. You can’t clean a toilet without noticing the seat being broken and completely missing one the bolts that holds the seat on. You can’t pickup the tv remote without realizing it’s missing the back and batteries. And i seriously doubt you could clean the room without realizing the air wasn’t working correctly, especially if you had cleaned it multiple times. There were other smalls things, but it’s hard to list them all, I didn’t make a list, these are just things i remember. Also I told staff about most of the things when checking out. Staff was outside smoking on his phone, told me to throw the keys down on a ledge and just said ok.
