This home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms. A spacious master suite upstairs, featuring two queen beds, a TV, and a private ensuite with a stand-up shower. There are two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed.



The main floor also includes a generous bathroom with a bathtub and a fun sauna for guests to unwind after a day on the slopes or trails.



The unit faces Blue Mountain, and you’re just a short walk to the Village, restaurants, shops, and activities.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo, except for the locked owners' closets.



Two parking passes will be provided and need to be used in your car. Without the passes, you could receive a ticket. Parking passes must be left in the unit upon checkout, or a $50 fee will be billed to replace them.



The Neighborhood:

Wintergreen fronts onto Blue Mountain and backs onto the Monterra Golf Course. The unit is located within a 5 minute walk from Blue Mountain Village restaurants, activities, shops, and more.



Getting Around:

Blue Mountain Village is accessible by walking, biking or driving. Downtown Collingwood, with grocery stores and shops, is located within a 10-15 minute drive. Thornbury is within a 10-15 minute drive



Other Things to Note:

There is a Sauna located on the main floor. Please ensure it is turned off when not in use.
