Staf was very nice. The heater/ac unit in our room kept us up all night. It would turn on every 15 minutes and make a very loud noise. I got food poisoning, it could have been from the dinner we had at the restaurant at the hotel or something we had earlier but I was too sick to call the front desk in the middle of the night to complain about the heater. Also my husband got into an altercation with what it seemed like a crack head outside when he was going to get something from our car. I don't believe they had security. It was a nice hotel over all, maybe just had bad luck that day.

The hotel in general was beautiful and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the heating unit was super loud and disrupted our sleep for most of the night.
