Fits in an underdeveloped country

Pros: The locality
Cons: Serious renovation of both the building and the attitude
Location: It is pleasantly situated
In soggy, stormy weather, the windows was impossible to close, the heater was broken (neither could be fixed by the hotel engineer) with the only other option was to move to the noisy part of the hotel. On the third night, the electricity stopped for several hours. Throughout, the staff's only response was a lot of "sorry" and offer to move to the noisy part of the hotel (which, I heard from colleagues, was no warmer). All around, it was cheap looking. Situated above the World Forum (that didn't have toilet paper or sufficient paper towels until we vehemently complained), the hotel has you as captive audience. Absolutely disgraceful!!!
