For bookings during the Christmas period: please contact us first! Beautiful apartment beautifully situated in the center of Leiden. With 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and a large bathroom. Perfectly located in the heart of the city, at the end of the shopping street. All terraces, shops, restaurants and theaters are within walking distance. A dream apartment!
The house has a cozy living room with a beautiful wooden floor and stained glass windows. The open kitchen with island is equipped with an induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and combi microwave. The master bedroom has a comfortable box spring and an 'antique' wardrobe. In the second bedroom there are two single beds, which can easily be pushed together to form a double bed. The large bathroom has a shower and a wonderful bathtub to recover from a pleasant day in Leiden. The location could not be better: in the middle of the old town, surrounded by dozens of restaurants, cafes and terraces. You do not need a taxi, because the entire center is within walking distance. Welcome to this top apartment in this beautiful city!

The apartment is on the ground floor. So there are no stairs or steps to enter the apartment and there are no stairs or steps in the apartment itself.

Fantastic apartment

A comfortable and spacious apartment in a fantastic city. As a family of three, the apartment was great. Using the Albert Hein supermarket just 5 minutes away for grocery supplies. We travelled to Amsterdam, Delft and Gouda from here with a 20 minute walk to the train station. Sabine and Martin are fantastic hosts and have created an excellent place to stay.

Spacious and comfortable

Fabulous apartment with everything you need! Close to shops and restaurants, and about 20 minutes walk to the station, or a 5 minute bus ride. A little noisy through the night with people walking or riding home after being out, but otherwise it was very quiet and maybe this was just because we were there on a weekend. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Sabine and Martin.

This was a return visit - great the first time. Same the second.

Outstanding location. Leiden is exceptionally walkable. Lots to see, experience. Like having the ability to do our own "thing" - cook in, eat out, very relaxing - a real vacation. I wish I could live here. Should have made that decision sooner. Apartment is well and wisely furnished. Plenty of space. Considering its street location, it's surprisingly quiet. And I truly appreciate not having to manage Dutch stairways. Hope to come again - but longer next time.

Loved Leiden

Comfortable apartment for a short term stay. We appreciated the exceptional communication with hosts and we would definitely stay again. We had four adults staying at this unit. One note is the only small toilet room is in the main dining area. It wasn't so much a negative for us, just a note of why we gave the accuracy of the online description a 4 not a 5. We do have a family member with mobility issues and the limited small toilet room was a challenge for her due to the size of the toilet area.

Wonderful place to stay

We wanted to stay in Holland for a month and this place was the perfect place to be. The house is quiet and welcoming after a day of sightseeing. The close proximity to the train station made traveling throughout the Netherlands very easy. Great place to stay - we highly recommend it!
